CombiTrans began operations in 1998 as an ocean freight service specializing in Central American destinations. Since then, our operations have expanded to cover South America and the Caribbean as well. We are an export freight forwarding company, meaning that we do not actually own or operate vessels. We arrange for passage of cargo with the operators. However, because of several factors, including the fact that we arrange for our scheduled voyages in advance, we are given better pricing that we can pass along to our clients.
